TERMS OF SALES

1. Preamble The reservation is made directly between the customer and the owner. The customer declares to have obtained all the necessary information on the site where the reservation took place. Any booking through the website requires consultation and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The customer's agreement regarding these general terms and conditions occurs during the booking; no reservation is possible without this agreement. The customer has the ability to save and edit these terms and conditions using the standard features of his browser or computer. The customer declares to have full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions.

2. "Online reservation": reservation of nights via the dematerialized booking voucher on the website. "Service": reservation of nights whose essential characteristics are presented on the website.

3. Purpose These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the remote reservation of services offered by the seller on its website. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the follow-up of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale available on the seller's website.

4. Scope These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via the internet.

5. Duration These general conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of online services by the seller on its website. The seller reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to close temporarily or permanently his website or the online booking space. The seller is not liable for damages of any kind that may result from these changes and / or temporary unavailability or the permanent closure of all or part of the site or related services, such as the online booking space.

6. Reservation The customer chooses the services presented on the site. The customer acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking conditions of the services available on the website and have requested and obtained necessary and / or additional information to make his reservation with full knowledge of the facts.The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of the seller can not be sought in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the booking process. When booking, the credit card is registered as a guarantee . Payment The owner can ask a part of the amount of the reservation ( deposit )   or take the totality of the reservation on the credit card, if it takes place less than 3 weeks before the date of arrival.

8. Cancellation or modification by the customer The customer is reminded in accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that it does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, provided that the services are provided on a date or according to a specific periodicity.
The conditions of cancellation or modification are indicated in the conditions of sale attached to each tariff, ie: - More than 30 days before the departure, the customer will have to pay 10% of the amount of the reservation
- From 30 to 21 days of departure, 40% of the booking amount
- From 20 to 8 days before departure, 60% of the reservation amount
- From 7 to 2 days of departure, 75% of the booking amount
- 2 days before departure, 100% of the reservation amount
The deposit paid at the time of booking will not be returned for a cancellation less than 3 weeks from the date of arrival .
In case of interruption of the stay , the entire agreed price will be cashed .In case of no show (reservation not canceled - customer not present), the customer will not be able to claim any refund . Unless expressly stated otherwise, the guest must vacate the room by 11.00 am the day of the end of the reservation. Otherwise, he will be charged an additional night.

9. Liability While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts reproduced to illustrate the destination presented give as accurate an overview as possible of the services offered, variations may occur, in particular due to the change of furniture. or possible renovations. The customer can not claim any claim for this fact, since these variations do not relate to the essential characteristics of the service.The seller can not be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the reservation in case of force majeure, by a third party, the customer or his partners, such as unavailability of the Internet, impossibility access to the website, external intrusion, computer viruses. In the event of exceptional events or cases of force majeure, the seller reserves the right to partially or fully accommodate guests in a local establishment at no extra cost. In case of force majeure, unforeseeable events or beyond its control, the seller must inform the customer by all means possible to limit potential damage.

10. Complaints Claims relating to non-performance or poor performance must, under pain of foreclosure, be brought to the attention of the seller in writing within 24 hours of arrival.

11. Prices The prices indicated are per room for the number of people and the date (s) selected.The prices are displayed in amount inclusive of VAT, in euros, and are valid only for the duration indicated on the site. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice depending on the circumstances and requirements. Unless otherwise stated, additional services are not included in the price. The tourist tax, collected by the municipality is fixed by the latter and is payable directly to the seller on the spot, except in the case where this amount can be included in the selling price. The prices take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change of the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically passed on the indicated prices.

12. Respect of the private life The information which is requested to the customer is necessary to the processing of his order and will be communicated to all the speakers and partners. In the absence of information, the seller will not be able to register a reservation.Unless the customer objects, if the customer has made a reservation on the website, the seller is likely to send him by email, promotional offers, a satisfaction questionnaire following his stay. The customer has the option to oppose, at no cost, that the data concerning him are used for purposes of prospection, in particular commercial. The client is informed, on each of the forms of collection of personal data, the mandatory or optional nature of the responses by the presence of an asterisk.

13. Agreement of proof The acceptance of the present general conditions and the request for reservation constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parts, the same value as a handwritten signature.

14. Applicable law The present general conditions of sale are governed by the French law, it is thus for the rules of substance as for the rules of form.

15. CompletenessThese general conditions of sale express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific condition communicated by the customer will be able to integrate with the present general conditions. The documents forming the contractual commitments between the parties are, in order of increasing priority, the reservation request (including the special conditions of the tariff booked) and these general conditions.
