A stone's throw from Saint-Cyprien and Belvès, close to Sarlat-La-Canéda and all the famous sites of the Périgord Noir (Château des Milandes, de Castelnaud, Beynac, la Roque Gageac, Domme ...) this old 18th century farm is a real invitation to happiness and the sweetness of life ... A large and beautiful swimming pool, salt and double infinity (renovated in 2022) overlooks the valley offering a magnificent view. Three dry stone houses - with planted terraces and very well-kept landscaped areas - form a hamlet around a pretty courtyard and its olive tree. In the central house, Cécile offers massages and other well-being treatments, as well as yoga sessions by the pool.

The presence of horses just in front of the cottages amplifies the peaceful and bucolic atmosphere of "Boudines"

We offer two cottages and several rental options: a small cottage, the "studio" for two people and possibly two children, the sofa in the living room being convertible. And a large cottage "Les Chevreuils" for 4 people, to which one or two independent bedrooms (with bathroom and toilet) can be added if necessary: the plum room and the ochre room. The accommodation capacity will then be for 8 people. It is also possible to privatize the entire Boudines site by renting all the cottages and independent rooms, which brings the accommodation capacity to 10 or 12 people.

Exposed stones and beams, Italian showers, natural lime walls in tones of ochre, gray and plum: the rooms adopt a style that is both old and contemporary, deliberately refined, with very beautiful volumes and a beneficial freshness., Furniture, beams and blue-gray paneling bring a lot of serenity to the cottage "the studio", cozy and comfortable with its kitchen and terrace facing south.

The cottage "les Chevreuils", completely renovated, with air conditioning, will seduce you with its large open kitchen and its comfortable living room, its bright and modern rooms and its terrace on stilts in front of a wood where you can certainly observe deer and other wild animals. A second adjoining and spacious terrace allows you to meet up around a large table or in its outdoor living room where you can, on a clear day, admire the stars.

For enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is a five-minute drive away.

For those who like walking, many marked paths start from the property.
